Privacy Policy

TEIA Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) establishes and implements this Privacy Policy in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”) and other applicable privacy laws and regulations, in order to protect users’ rights and interests and to handle privacy-related inquiries and complaints promptly and smoothly.

If the Company revises this Privacy Policy, it will provide notice through this website.

Effective Date: November 18, 2025.

1. Consent to Collection of Personal Information
The Company provides a procedure on its website for users to click an “Agree” button regarding this Privacy Policy. By clicking the “Agree” button, users are deemed to have consented to the collection of their personal information.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company collects personal information for the purposes set out below. Collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purposes of use change, the Company will take necessary measures in accordance with Article 18 of PIPA, such as obtaining separate consent.

A. Consultation regarding inquiries about products and services
B. Handling complaints, such as issue reports and suggestion

3. Items of Personal Information Collected and Collection Method
For online inquiries/consultations and complaint handling, the Company collects the following personal information:

A. Items: Name, email address, phone number, department/title, and the category and details of inquiries/complaints
B. Collection method: Website (ESG Communication Channel, Contact Us)

4. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information
The Company retains and processes personal information within the period required by applicable laws or within the retention and use period consented to by the data subject at the time of collection. Once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved, the Company will destroy the relevant information without delay. However, if it is necessary to retain the information pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, the Company will retain user information for a certain period as specified below.

B. Basis and period of retention: Protection of information in accordance with the Company’s internal policy (1 year)

5. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
When personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period, achievement of the purpose of processing, etc., the Company will destroy the relevant personal information without delay. Even if the retention period consented to by the data subject has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved, where the Company is required to continue retaining personal information under other applicable laws, the Company will retain such personal information by transferring it to a separate database (DB) or storing it in a different location. The procedures, timing, and methods of destruction are as follows:

A. Destruction procedures
The Company selects personal information for which a reason for destruction has arisen, and destroys such personal information upon approval by the Company’s Chief Privacy Officer (CPO).
B. Destruction procedures
The Company destroys personal information recorded and stored in electronic file form in a manner that prevents the records from being reproduced. Personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding with a shredder or by incineration.


6. Rights of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them
A data subject may exercise the following rights related to the protection of personal information at any time:

A. Request access to personal information
B. Request correction if there are errors, etc.
C. Request deletion
D. Request suspension of processing

Such rights may be exercised by submitting a request to the Company in writing, by telephone, by email, by facsimile (FAX), etc., and the Company will take action without delay.

If a data subject requests correction or deletion due to errors, etc., the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion has been completed.

Rights may also be exercised through an agent, such as the data subject’s legal representative or a person authorized by the data subject. In such cases, a power of attorney in the form prescribed in Form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of PIPA must be submitted.

A data subject must not infringe upon personal information and privacy of the data subject or others that the Company processes by violating PIPA or other applicable laws and regulations.

7. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
To ensure the security of personal information, the Company implements the following measures:

A. Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of an internal management plan, regular employee training, etc.
B. Technical measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identification information, installation of security programs
C. Physical measures: Access control to computer rooms, document storage rooms, etc.

8. Installation/Operation of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices and Opt-Out
The Company uses “cookies” that store and retrieve usage information from time to time in order to provide users with personalized services. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the server (http) used to operate a website to a user’s computer browser, and they are stored on users’ PCs or mobile devices. Data subjects may set their web browser options to allow or block cookies. However, refusing to store cookies may make it difficult to use personalized services.

iii. Samsung Internet: Mobile browser Settings > Browsing history > Clear browsing history

During the service usage process, the Company collects and uses information to provide optimized information to users by identifying users’ visit and usage patterns for each service and website visited, popular search terms, whether a secure connection is used, etc.
